SHIPPING INFORMATION

We want you to receive your Conquer Performance Wear items as quickly as possible! All our shipments are fully tracked, so you can keep an eye on your order once it leaves our warehouse.

  • Within the Netherlands
    Orders shipped within the Netherlands typically arrive within 1 to 2 business days. Most orders placed before 5:00 PM on a business day are expected to arrive the next day.

  • Within Europe
    For European destinations, delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 business days. Most Western European countries receive their orders within 3 business days, while more remote regions or areas in Southern and Eastern Europe may take up to 5 business days.

  • International (Outside Europe)
    Delivery times for international orders vary, averaging between 5 to 12 business days. For destinations like the United States, Canada, and Australia, the expected delivery is between 6 to 8 business days. Shipments to Asia, Africa, or South America may take longer due to customs processing.

RETURNS INFORMATION

We hope you love your Conquer Performance Wear gear as much as we do, but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help! You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return your items to our logistics fulfillment center.

Here’s how to get started:

1. Request a Return: Email us at contact@conquerperformancewear.com for a return authorization and request a return form.
2. Prepare Your Package: Place your unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Please ensure everything is in perfect condition.
3. Ship Your Return: Returns should be sent to our warehouse at:

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method on file. Refunds typically appear in your account within a few business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. Please make sure to keep your tracking information until the refund is completed.
