How do I place an order?

Shipping & Delivery
How does the shipping process work?
Once your order is received by us, the process begins. You will receive an order confirmation with a Track & Trace code. The delivery will be handled by postal services or various package delivery providers.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is between 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is shipped, this process is no longer under our control. Your order might experience delays, especially during holidays or peak times. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are as follows:
- €4,10 for orders that fit in the mailbox.
- €4,95 for orders under €75,-.
- Free for orders of €75,- and above.
Is it possible to pick up my order?
It's possible to pick up your order. During the checkout process, select the option 'Pick up by appointment in Apeldoorn'. You will receive an email within 24 hours to schedule a pick-up appointment. The pick-up location is Kayersdijk 149, 7332 AP in Apeldoorn.
How can I track my order?
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the shipment. This email will provide you with all the necessary details to track your order. It includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can monitor the progress of your package.
To track your order, click on the link in the email and enter the tracking number. You will be able to view the current status of your shipment and an estimated delivery date.
What is a split shipment?
We will always strive to dispatch your order as efficiently as possible. However, it's possible that your order might arrive in more than one shipment.
In such cases, you will receive an email notifying you that a portion of the items has been shipped. No need to worry, the remaining items of your order will arrive shortly thereafter. In this situation, there's no need to contact our customer service.

How do I return my item?
To initiate a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the following information in your message:

- The name of the item you want to return
- The reason for returning the item
After submitting your return request, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours. This email will provide instructions on how to proceed with your return.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Can I exchange my item(s)?
Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to exchange an item. If you need a different size or color, you can return the item and place a new order.
Product & Sizing
When will a product be back in stock?
To find out when an item is back in stock, you can visit our product pages and select the 'Notify me when available' button located under the available sizes. Choose the desired size and provide your email address to receive a notification as soon as the item becomes available again.
Payment & promotions
Which payment methods can I use?
You can make payments using iDEAL, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Gift cards can be accessed by selecting the 'Gift Card' option from the dropdown menu. Gift cards are not physically shipped; instead, you will receive a confirmation email containing your gift card code.
How long is a gift card valid?
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of receipt.
How do I use my gift card?
Once you've placed an order for a Conquer e-gift card, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique code. You can use this code during checkout by entering it in the 'Gift Card or Discount Code' section.
You don't have to use the entire amount at once, and you can split your payment between the gift card and a credit/debit card.
I paid for my order using a gift card and want to return my order.
For orders paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the used gift card. In cases where orders were paid with a split payment (part gift card, part another payment method), the refund will always be first returned to the gift card(s). Any remaining amount will then be refunded to the other original payment method used.
Do you have a discount code? You can use your code during checkout by entering it in the 'Gift Card or Discount Code' section and clicking apply. Please note that discount codes are not valid on sale items or e-gift cards.
Discount codes cannot be applied after the payment has been accepted, so make sure to add the discount before proceeding to checkout.
